Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Asant. We value your patronage and want to ensure that your experience with us is as smooth and pleasant as possible.

Please be advised that we do not offer returns on any of our products. However, we do accept exchanges within 5 days of receipt of your item for shop credit.(Does not apply to commissions. please refer to commission section below) In order to be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in a clean, new condition.

Buyers are responsible for the cost and safe delivery of the exchanged item via UPS or FedEx. We recommend that the item be insured for the full purchase amount and professionally packaged by the shipping company. The buyer will also be responsible for any return shipment fees.

Once we receive the exchanged item in its original condition, we will issue store credit for the full amount. Please note that any sale items or seconds are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

In the unlikely event that the exchanged item is damaged during shipping, the purchaser will be responsible for filing their own insurance claim and covering any related costs.

Commission

Given the nature of custom orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges on commissioned items. Commission deposits are non-refundable.
